Brookline Man Charged With Hit And Run Of Bicyclist In JP Rotary
Written by Boston Biker on Oct 17Jonathan Costa, 27, of Brookline, faces arraignment today in connection with a crash at the rotary where the Arborway and Centre Street meet, in which a bicyclist was thrown to the road, the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office reports.
Costa is scheduled to face charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of a collision causing injury in West Roxbury Municipal Court, the DA’s office says.

Please join your neighbors to discuss the proposed roadway and urban design improvements on Seaver Street from Walnut Avenue to Blue Hill Avenue. The project consists of traffic improvements and traffic calming, new street lights, enhanced cross walks and a dedicated cycletrack for bicycles.

Construction On The Southwest Corridor Near Stony Brook Station

Play On Green Street Sunday July 15th

This Sunday Boston Bikes will be at one of Boston’s first Open Streets events – Circle the City in Jamaica Plain.
From 11am-4pm Green Street –
from Franklin Park to Jamaica Pond – will be open to bikers, walkers, runner, skippers, rollerbladers, tomfoolery-makers, yogis, and general enthusiasts of livable communities.
Come join us for our bike rodeo and bike rentals next to the Green Street MBTA Station or visit one of the dozen of other partners providing everything from yoga, to face painting, to obstacle courses – all happening on Green Street.
