14th Annual Boston Halloween Bike Ride Is Tomorrow!

Tomorrow is Boston’s 14th annual Boston Halloween Bike Ride, by far my personal favorite group bike ride in Boston. Last year over 500 riders showed up in costume. This year’s Halloween Bike Ride includes a NEW starting location in Copley Square, neighborhood convoys to the starting point, and a pretty epic after-party in Allston’s Wonderbar. Let’s get spooky. 2014 Halloween Bike Ride: October 31st at 7:30 PM

Join us for a scary ride around Boston on Halloween night! Jaw dropping costumes! Ear popping trailer tunes! Traffic stopping magnitude!

RSVP and invite your friends to the Facebook Event!

Official starting location at Copley Square:

    • Friday October 31st, 2014
    • Meet at 7:30 pm. We roll at 8:00 pm pronto!
    • Copley Square, Boston, Massachusetts

    Convoys to the start

    • Allston – meet at 6:30 pm outside Jackson Mann Community Center, 500 Cambridge St
    • BU campus – meet at 5:00 pm in STO 442 for a pre-party
    • Cambridge – meet at 6:45 pm near Toscanini sqaure, Mass Ave
    • Dorchester – meet at 6:30 pm at the Fields Corner Playground
    • Jamaica Plain – meet at 6:30 pm at the Green St T stop
    • Somerville – meet at 6:30 pm in Union Sq by the Hubway station
    • South Boston – meet at 6:45 in the parking lot at 480 West Broadway near Perkins Square

Mayor Thomas M. Menino, Boston Bikes, WGBH, and Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) invite you to come learn about the exciting world of biking in Boston at the first-ever “R.O.C.K., Roll and Ride”

FREE GAMES, RIDES & ACTIVITIES
Including bike rodeos, bike tours, Boston Pedicab rides, bike safety workshops, hands-on bike maintenance workshops, free bike valet, giveaways, contests, trail rides, tune-ups, safety and riding tips, music, & free food. No bike? No problem! Free rentals are available.
WGBH, Urban Adventours, Knuckle Bones, Mass Bike, Boston Parks & Recreation Department, Boston Pedicab, Bikes Not Bombs, Boston Society of Vulcans, BPHC, and Trips for Kids are our sponsors for this event.

DATE: Sunday, September 7th. Rain or shine.

Fun for the whole family.  At Houghton’s Pond in the Blue Hills.  Skills courses, Trail rides, vendors etc.

Sunday, June 15, 2008 10:00am – 3:00pm Houghton’s Pond Blue Hills Reservation Milton, Massachusetts

1. Skills clinics to learn and practice riding techniques and bike repairs

2· Trail rides for all ability levels from beginner to advanced

3· The MTB Day Very Famous Bike Limbo Competition

4· Special kids bike riding area and obstacle course

5· Local bike shops and industry vendors will showcase latest bikes and gear

6· Connect with NEMBA representatives and learn about great places to ride
