Ride With DotBike This Friday For BikeFriday

Hi Dot Bikers,

Join the Dorchester convoy for the first Bike Friday of summer proper.  Ride in a convoy up Dorchester Ave. and on to Government center for a free breakfast and bike expo.  Meet for a 7:00 a.m. departure in Peabody Square in front of Ashmont Cycle or meet us along the way.  If you want to help Dorchester represent you can sign up for this free event here: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VXHKMMY and you can find more info here: http://www.bikefridays.org/
P.S. Save the date for Tour de France watching of Stage 18 on July 18th at Tavolo from 8 – 11p.m.

Bike Friday (This Friday!)

Join us for Bike Friday, this Friday June 28, 7-9 AM
Come join hundreds of cyclists for a morning bike party on City Hall Plaza. We’ll start the morning right – enjoy free breakfast by Boloco, bike away with free goodies, and spend the morning with some of your best cycling friends.
Join one of 10 convoys or ride in on your own.   There is even a new East Boston convoy traveling through Chelsea, Melrose, Malden and Everett.

Join a guided bike convoy to Boston’s City Hall Plaza August 31st. Whether you’re a regular bike commuter or trying it for the first time, we’ll be waiting for you on the plaza with a FREE breakfast from Boloco, other tasty treats, swag, bike experts and advocates.

 

Stop by the Boston Bikes Tent and show us your helmet to be entered into a raffle for a bike light package or gift card donated by Wheelworks.

Last Bike Friday Of The Year, And Tell Boston Where You Ride

This Friday is the last bike Friday of the year, if you have not done one of these yet, this is your last chance till next year!  Also the city of Boston would like to know more about where you ride.  Presumably to make those places better for cyclists, worth taking a minute to let them know.

The weather is looking good for the upcoming Boston Bike Friday happening this week Friday June 17.

Join the Dorchester Convoy to ride up Dorchester Ave. to City Hall Plaza for a free breakfast and bike exhibitors.  The Dorchester convoy will depart from Peabody Square plaza in front of Ashmont Cycles at 7:00 a.m.  Or if you are further north join us along the way – Fields Corner at 7:10 or intersection with Columbia Rd. at 7:20 or just jump on in.
