Cambridge Police Arrest Man Who Used Car As Weapon To Strike Cyclist

Written by Boston Biker on Aug 31

From here. Apparently last night someone purposely struck a cyclist with their car after an argument. More details when I get them. Reminds me of this.

Seriously people, no amount of aruging justifies running someone over. I don’t care how angry you are, killing another human being (or maiming them) with your car is NEVER JUSTIFIED. I don’t care if they spit on you, cut you off, break your mirror, call you names, or give you the finger. You are not allowed to kill someone else just because you are mad at them. I am also glad they charged him with armed assault to murder, because that is exactly what this is. When you TRY to hit someone with your car, its the same as trying to hit them with bullets from a gun, you are trying to kill them. I can only hope this man never drives again.

Be safe out there.
(Also thanks Ben for the tip)
