5th Annual Boston Bike Update 2013 Recap

Last year, I live-blogged the 2012 Boston Bike Update and ended up with a pretty comprehensive post about it. This past Tuesday, for the 5th Annual Boston Bike Update 2013, I live-tweeted instead, using #BostonBikeReport.
