Preparing For RAGBRAI

I will be leaving Boston for the fine state of Iowa this weekend, where I will ply my way across hill and dale (mostly dale), and eat many corns. I will be traveling by fixed gear, because I am a silly person.
I am going to attempt to give a more or less daily update on my progress (or lack there of). I will be doing so by means of a tiny phone shaped object so please forgive me for the many typos that I am sure to create.
Because RAGBRAI is such a big event there is a great possibility that some of the readers of this here blog might also be partaking of such an event. If you are interested in meeting some other Boston area cyclists drop me an email at [email protected], or leave a comment below. We can set up some kind of rendezvous in one of the towns on the route. If anyone else is doing it via fixed gear also drop me a line, we can walk up the hills together 🙂
I will still attempt to cover Boston related cycling news next week, but it will be hard as I will be deep in the corn, and far away from the hustle and bustle. Again I beg your indulgence.
