Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge is hosting a free bike event on May 15th to celebrate Baystate Bike Week and Cambridge’s Spring Bike Ride on May 17th.

“PIMP YOUR RIDE” BIKE EVENT

Bike event at Hotel Marlowe to celebrate Baystate Bike Week and Cambridge’s Bicycle Committee Spring Bike Ride

WHAT: Spring has finally arrived and what better way to kick-off the season then with a bike event at the Hotel Marlowe. Coinciding with Baystate Bike Week (May 10-18) and Cambridge’s Bicycle Committee Spring Bike Ride on May 17th, the Hotel Marlowe’s event will give folks a chance to pimp their ride, well, tune their bikes, for the upcoming bike season and scheduled Cambridge Spring Bike Ride. Kimpton Hotels partnered with the San Francisco based high design bicycle company PUBLIC Bikes last spring to provide each of its hotels with a fleet of complimentary bikes for guests. Since the launch, Hotel Marlowe’s bikes have been a hit with guests looking to bike around the beautiful cities of Cambridge and Boston. And, what better way to celebrate Kimpton’s continued dedication to wellness and, of course, to our beloved bikes then with the below offerings during our event:

• Complimentary mini tune-ups by Urban AdvenTours Bike Shop. Mini-tune-up includes: cleaning and lubing chains, tire pressure check, fill tires, tighten bolts, and brake check

• Healthy homemade juices and snacks provided by Bambara
• Yoga class to get you in tip top riding form

• For every tune-up performed, Hotel Marlowe will donate $5 to the PAN-MASS Challenge; Dana-Farber’s annual bike-a-thon event

*Guests will be invited to enter a drawing for a Bike Basket, full of fun things every biker needs on the road.
