Affordable Bike For An AmeriCorps Member

I did AmeriCorps for three years, and loved it. Can anyone help Lea out? She sent me this:

Hi there, my name is Lea and I am new to Boston. I just moved here to do a
second year with an AmeriCorps program called City Year. I’m desperately
looking for an affordable bicycle to buy, but have had no luck. I stumbled
upon this website and felt that maybe someone directing the website would
know of places besides craigslist to look. Please let me know!
