Ciclismo Classico, the leader in bicycle vacations since 1988, seeks an exceptionally enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented office assistant. If you love the outdoors, travel, and working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment, this may be the job for you. In this important role, you will contribute to every aspect of the business by:

Answering the phone and emails with flair
Providing support to sales, marketing, and operational functions
Using our database to keep track of customers, trips, and sales & marketing activities
Organizing and attending marketing events
Liaising with our IT department regarding our phone & technology systems
Ordering office supplies
Managing the physical office space
Managing inventory of cycling jerseys
Taking notes at meetings and disseminating to relevant staff
Organizing file structure on our file server
Documenting key processes and best practices on our intranet
Providing limitless supply of enthusiasm, problem solving and can-do attitude
Managing travel insurance claims
Managing guest feedback (reading all surveys, recommending action)
Managing content of auto emails in the sales process
Monitoring & reporting of guest satisfaction
Informing guests of itinerary changes

To succeed in this role, you must be:
An exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
Remarkable well organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects at once
Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and email
A lover of travel, an active life and the outdoors
Familiar with Europe, especially Italy
Comfortable with social media (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Youtube)
Able to communicate to Arlington, MA reliably
