not sure how else to contact you, but I think critical mass’s rides would have far more public support if they behaved more like a wave of commuters during rush hour – maybe everyone meets up at opposite ends of mass ave, then a group of maybe 4-10 cyclists starts “commuting” every few minutes… I know people like the “take the streets” tactic, but all it does is piss motorists off. If it were more like “holy crap, there are a lot of bike commuters today” – then I think this would be more effective.
