Help Me Solve A Mystery

Its from T Paul designs “handmade in Jamaica Plain MA” I looked on these here internets and couldn’t find anything about it. Anyone know who T Paul is/was? Its a nice hat and would like to know if they have more.

Ron: I wear a cap under my helmet when riding, and take the helmet off and leave the cap on when not riding.
To recap:
When on bike, helmet + cap.
When off Bike, cap.
