Help Me Solve A Mystery

Recently I was given as a gift a very nice cycling hat. See below.

Its from T Paul designs “handmade in Jamaica Plain MA” I looked on these here internets and couldn’t find anything about it. Anyone know who T Paul is/was? Its a nice hat and would like to know if they have more.
