Custom Bicycle Frame Painter

Seven Cycles–the industry leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance custom bicycle frames and components–is seeking a skilled painter to join our paint team and help make our customers’ dreams come true.

Job Summary
Painting of custom bicycle frames using automotive spray coating system per specific design templates and deadlines. Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Essential Job Functions
• Prep and paint custom bicycle frames per customer-specified design
• Manage workload per designated production schedule
• Work with Seven’s bicycle design team to ensure customer expectations for paint are exceeded
• Clean and maintain paint equipment and facility for optimum quality and efficiency
• Color matching
• Drive continuous improvement of quality and efficiency
• Monitor and benchmark painting best practices

Ideal Experience
• Two years of related painting experience
• Familiarity with both solvent-based and waterborne paint
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Cycling enthusiast

Necessary Personality Traits:
• Keen attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work under deadline
• Organized and methodical
• Ability to work with others in a close, team environment
• Customer focused
