Kryptonite Lock is looking for a Customer Service Associate for our Canton, MA headquarters.   We’re seeking an energetic individual who can:

• Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Interact with various levels of employees and departments
• Demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Manage a fluctuating workload while coordinating efforts within a team.
• Accurate Data entry into custom database
• Communicate with consumers via phone or email regarding product inquiries and technical information.
• Perform Additional admin duties as needed.
