Travel From New York To Boston With Your Bike

Got this question from a reader, anyone know a good answer?

Hi I want to travel up to boston from new york. I like to bike but that kind
of trip on bike is out of my league…

I was wondering if you guys had any info on travel by bus or train with a
bike? I will be visiting family in the natick framingham area if that helps!
