Job Description:

Premier bicycle retailer is seeking reliable & enthusiastic individuals to sell and service bicycles and accessories. Excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience.

Individuals must have the following:

- Passion for bicycles and cycling at all levels.

- Prior experience working on bicycles in a bike shop is REQUIRED.

- We offer paid training to individuals who are open to learning, detail oriented and posess strong mechanical skills.

Hours & Compensation:

- Full Time Position, minimum of 40 hours per week

  • Outbound Lead Generation
  • Arranging meetings with qualified key stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience
  • Experience making open-ended, introductory calls
  • Excited to work with multiple buyers in a single sale (experience preferred)
  • Willing to do what it takes to get the job done and close the sale
  • Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work in a startup environment where change is enivitable
  • College degree required

Bicycle Mechanic Apprentice

Looking for an apprentice to work on bicycles two days a week, probably on a Sunday and a weekday, 11am to 6pm.
Initial duties include cleaning up old bikes and replacing tires/tubes.

No experience necessary but a strong interest in bicycles is important.
Also you must be someone who is very comfortable interacting with people in a public setting.

It is dirty work but for the right person this can be great experience
working with all kinds of bicycles and people.

The shop is in East Cambridge.

Location: Cambridge
Compensation: $8 Hr.
