		<description>cyclostat: there is no 3 foot law in Ma.  However the law does say that you have to pass a reasonable distance, which in essence is the same as the three foot law because the only time it really comes into play is when someone gets hit, which by definition would be close than 3 feet, and unreasonable.</description>
