This is a benefit for the newly established FREE WHEELS BIKE COLLECTIVE.
Some of our plans for the future include:
• establish a free bike workshop with volunteer mechanics and/or do-it-yourself access to tools.
• provide knowledge and skills in bicycle care and maintenance through workshops, skillshares, and open bike fixin’ nights.
• create a free of cost bike lending program for out of towners (and others).
• create a selection of bike trailers and cargo bicycles for lending out to help people move big things.
• organize small themed rides for fun and clowning
• and so much more!
—————
Everything will be free, but right now we ain’t got no money!
Help us buy tools and other stuff to get us started by coming out next Saturday and have a wicked fun time!
